Our Shipping

Our EU customers (including Switzerland) can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties already paid at checkout.

Including VAT and customs duties: For orders under 150 € (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

Quick customs clearance: Orders under 150 € benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times.

Separate shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the 150 € limit. Please check the shipping costs at checkout.

US-Shipping

For all Shipments to the US, we pay taxes and duties for you so you enjoy a hazzle fress import. 

Canada, UK Australia and the rest of the world - Shipping

You are responsible to pay VAT and duties on your own. Please inform yourself beforehand what fees you have to expect. Many countries have so called de minimis or thresholds for tax/duty free import. Please research on your local customs website, to find out what regulations are in your country.

Our packages are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment – often on the same day or the following day. We place the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. Therefore, each item is individually checked for quality before shipping, and the goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

Goods are shipped by airmail with Thailand Post or DHL Express.

Shipping fees are variable depending on the service provider and are calculated during the ordering process.

Delivery time Thailand Post: approximately 1-3 weeks. Our DHL Express offer is delivered within 3-5 business days.

Customs duties, import VAT, VAT For all our shipments to Europe (EU27), we pay import VAT. This means there are no fees or customs charges on your orders.

You can order with peace of mind and not worry about any extra charges.

Also to the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

We explicitly do not ship to the following countries:
