What makes Thai fisherman pants so special?

Their origins lie in Thai fishing and workwear. Their loose-fitting, uncomplicated style makes them true all-rounders today. The wrap-around technique not only ensures a flexible fit but also pleasant ventilation – especially on hot days. Many of our trousers feature additional details such as pockets or contrasting seams that complete the look.

Many of our trousers come from small factories and production communities in northern Thailand, which we have personally encountered on numerous trips to the mountainous regions. Through direct contact, we support family businesses that work with great craftsmanship and traditional techniques. Production provides economic opportunities for many local people – and helps prevent rural exodus and preserve cultural knowledge.
We value high-quality fabrics, impeccable craftsmanship, and a design that looks good not only on vacation. Thai fisherman's trousers represent conscious wear – comfortable, individual, and full of character.

Thai fisherman pants originate from the traditional workwear of Thai fishermen. They are characterized by their wide, loose fit and offer maximum freedom of movement – ideal for yoga, traveling, or relaxing.

How do I find the right size?

Most of our pants are available in convenient one-size-fits-all sizes. The wrap-around system and adjustable waistband allow you to customize them to your waist size.

All our pants come from small factories and family businesses in Northern Thailand. Through our direct contact with the manufacturers, we support local craftsmanship and fair production conditions.

Where can I buy authentic Thai fisherman's pants?

How do I care for my Thai pants?

We recommend gentle hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle at 30°C with a mild detergent. Air dry the pants for a long lifespan.

How do you wrap Thai fisherman pants?

Hold the pants in front of you, open side facing forward.
Wrap the pants around your body from back to front.
Cross the drawstrings at the front and bring them around your waist to the back.
Pull the drawstrings through the loop (if there is one) or tie them in a knot.
Pull the drawstrings back to the front and tie them with a bow.
Fold any excess fabric at the waist inward for comfort.
